Cooper thrives behind the scenes - bringing a sharp eye for detail that helps every project reach its full potential.
She is a proud graduate of Concordia University Irvine, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

A senior at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, she is completing a double major in Marketing and Management while serving as Marketing Manager for the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team - one of the top-performing real estate groups in Florida.
As a co-lead of Hype Boss’ Small Business Division, Sara helps local brands amplify their visibility through creative storytelling, SEO strategy, and digital content that drives results. Her background spans high-conversion blog writing, Google Business optimization, and trend-driven social media campaigns that have helped clients reach thousands of new viewers across platforms.
With hands-on experience crafting brand messaging for both established companies and emerging businesses, Sara approaches every project with clarity, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes content resonate. Cole Hamilton is a one-stop shop when it comes to everything podcast-related. As a Podcast Engineer at Hype Boss, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to every project. After graduating from Tulane University, Cole made the move to Los Angeles, combining his finance background with a passion for audio to launch his career in podcasting. Starting as an intern at a small studio, he quickly worked his way up—eventually joining one of the biggest YouTube channels today. His role in building the Full Send Podcast showcases his ability to take an idea from the ground up and scale it into a top-ranked show.

From on-site recording to editing and producing social-ready content, he thrives in every facet of the process.
